It is the result of a blend primarily from the House’s 9 favorite villages, including Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses, and Rilly-la-Montagne. For the 2014 vintage, this brut champagne benefits from extended cellar aging, with low dosage, to enrich its fruit aromas with nuances of evolution. This gives it a unique complexity and elegance. This cuvée, highly prized by connoisseurs, results from a precise blend of three emblematic grape varieties: 34% Pinot Noir, 36% Meunier, and 30% Chardonnay. It is aged on lees for more than 7 years in the cellar with a dosage of 7.5 g/L.
