“Plush, ripe and really packed, with a mix of warmed cassis, plum reduction and fig compote notes that just won’t quit, all backed by hints of melted red licorice, warmed fruitcake and mulling spice notes. The long finish is fruit-coated but ripples with energy. This is really taking its time to come around fully as it remains one of the wines of the vintage.”

“So young! Hardly any signs of bottle age here, with the primary red fruit still going full throttle. Brilliantly balanced. Super-rich and thick. Most likely immortal.”
