To celebrate their 40 year partnership, Champagne Bollinger has created a limited edition wine dedicated to 007, with a 2011 vintage. The sensations are the one of exceptional champagne. It has a gold colour, classic, and enriched by amber reflections given by the long aging. With ripe fruit aromas such as quince and honey as well as cacao, star anise, and nutmeg. The palate is rich, powerful, well balanced and persistent. It is rightly mineral and very easy to drink.
