On the palate, this is a dense and sweet yet also piquant and finely mineral BA with delicate phenol grip and a long, saline finish. Very elegant and quite complex. A noble sweet wine with 8% stated alcohol. Glass stopper.”

Estate grown, over-ripe, botrytized, Grüner Veltliner grapes are hand harvested from their vineyards in Neusiedlersee. Fermented in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts. Maturation for two years in stainless steel. Bottled and ready for release immediately.
