“Smells very neat and ‘just so’. Really ripe but fresh with lively, appetising fruit. No excess tannin but some structure. Leaves the palate very much refreshed.”

A return to form from this well-sited property, located just north of St-Estèphe. The 2020 displays classic left bank savoury notes of cedar and bramble, with some attractive gravelly tannins on the finish. A blend of one-third each cabernet sauvignon and merlot, with the balance split equally between petit verdot and cabernet franc
