Product Description
Château-Fuissé has a long history dating back to the 15th century. The estate has been owned by the Vincent family since 1862, with fifth generation Antoine Vincent now heading up the winemaking. He is assisted by his sister Benedicte and his father, Jean- Jacques Vincent, who still keeps a watchful eye over him.
Inseparable from the Château, the Clos is a legendary plot of 2.7 ha, surrounded by dry stone walls, typical of Burgundy. This Climat is made up of a succession of clay-limestone strata which gives it its uniqueness. This plot, facing south-east, whose vines are over 50 years old, has always been the subject of special attention.
Le Clos was elevated to the rank of the only 1er Cru monopole of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation in 2020.
