“This smells stunning – instantly shimmering out the glass, almost luscious; membrillo and damson liqueur. It comes with a curve of rich raspberry, the edges smudged with crushed lavender, sage leaves, mica dust and salvia. The fruit has a bold, ruby-gem purity and glow, but the tannins have a tensity that is finely dry, pulling the lavish fruit into a taut, long, intentional finish. This made my spine tingle. Very good value.”
