“The 2020 Biodynamic Reserve White is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from selected parcels, all whole bunch pressed, naturally settled with around 85% new oak (300-litre) barrels for around 10 months. It has an intense bouquet with Granny Smiths, Nashi pear and a touch of limestone, the oak discretely embroidered. The palate is well balanced with a little more weight than the regular Sauvignon Blanc, a fine line of acidity and nerve towards the finish. Superb.”
