100% Semillon. This wine was made after Pieter had an epileptic fit, and used his brain scan for the label. Gentle, complex and elegantly expressive. But with all the excitement of a wine that will age for years to come. This vintage offers notes of cardamom, florals, nutty notes and stone fruit. It has a saline, long finish.
