“The 2021 Chardonnay Ultra is predominantly from the Mendoza region of Gualtallary (90%) with a dash of grapes from Vistalba (10%). It was 35% barrel-aged, while the rest was kept in steel tanks. The nutty nose initially presents hazelnut, oak, and pastry notes, followed by green apple after a few minutes. Indulgent on the palate with mild tartness, chalky mouthfeel underlined by the lingering oaky flavors.”
