“Garzón has about 17 hectares of Cabernet Franc on his property in Garzón, on the granite hills about 14 kilometers from the Atlantic, on the eastern coast of Uruguay. Half was aged in barrels for a year and that has given rise to a side of spices that gives complexity to the fruit flavors and, above all, to the notes of herbs and tobacco that expand throughout the mouth.
