“Oak is barely noticeable on the nose, which is marked by tightly fresh citrus. Remarkably fresh and – almost – austere. This is dry, pure and with masses of tension, even a slight saltiness on the palate and just a suggestion of creamy texture to balance the freshness. Excellent harmony and length.”
